2. What is leucorrhea: – Leucorrhea means the coming of viscous and smelly discharge of white, yellow, light blue or light red color from the vagina of women. This secretion is mostly of white color, hence it is also known as leucorrhoea. This problem usually occurs in women one or two days before or after periods. Its volume, position, and duration vary in women.

3. Causes of leukorrhea: –
Unmarried women from Leucoria would also have to face it. The main cause of this disease is lack of nutrition and presence of bacteria called ‘Trichomonas vaginalis’ inside the vagina. In addition, vaginal hygiene, anemia, incorrect sex, excessive fasting, excessive labor, excessive intake of sharp, spicy and fried foods, blisters on the vagina or uterine face, repeated miscarriages or abortions , Infections in the urinary tract, weak immunity to the body, and diabetes are commonly caused in the vagina by an infectious disease called fungal yeast.

4. Common symptoms of leukorrhea: –
Common symptoms of leukorrhea include weakness, pain in the arms and legs and waist-abdomen, stretch in the calf, heavy body, irritability, dizziness, dark eyes, loss of appetite, defecation, Frequent urine, heaviness in the stomach, nausea, vaginal itching, etc. are included. The symptoms of this disease are white sticky discharge before or after menstruation. This makes the patient’s face yellow. Apart from this, the situation becomes even more painful when gradually the young woman also appears to be aging due to this problem.

5. Types of leucorrhea: –
Leucorrhea is generally of five types. The first simple one, which comes and goes with periods. Second, it is caused by infection with sex. The third is due to a pimple inside the uterus. The fourth is due to cancer of the uterus and the fifth is due to redness in the mouth of the child after the removal of the uterus.

6. Examination of leukorrhea: –
After the age of 30, the women must undergo a Pap smear test once every five years. Women suffering from leukorrhea should undergo regular checkups. So that this general disease does not take serious form. If you are undergoing treatment for leucorrhea, then do not make physical relations in those days.

7. Protection from leukorrhea: –
Take care of physical hygiene to avoid the problem of leukorrhea. For this, the vaginal passage should be cleaned thoroughly with water while taking bath. Even after urinating, the vagina should be washed with water. Wear cotton lingerie and change lingerie twice a day. Use clean and sterilizing pads during menstrual cycle.

8. To prevent leukorrhea, take nutritious diet: –
To prevent leukorrhea, try to keep your body healthy. Take nutritious food, eat food on time and do not be careless about your food. Also, avoid using more spicy chilli spices in the food, in addition to this, take plenty of iron, salad and green vegetables in the food.

9. Do take doctor’s advice: –
Do not take too much of medicines for abortion. And do not take any medicine on your own wish, nor put anything in the vaginal tract without medical advice. Do not have sex with a male suffering from sexual dysfunction. And if your husband is suffering from sexual dysfunction, then get him treated. Do not have sex during treatment and until recovery
