मन कभी भी ख़ाली नहीं बैठ सकता, कुछ ना कुछ करना इसका स्वभाव है, इसे काम चाहिए। अच्छा काम करने को ना मिला तो ये बुरे की तरफ भागेगा। मन खाली हुआ, बस उपद्रव प्रारम्भ कर देगा। लड़ाई -झगड़ा, निंदा-आलोचना, विषय- विलास ऐसी कई गलत जगह पर यह आपको ले जायेगा जहाँ पतन निश्चित है।
पतन एक जन्म का हो तो भी कोई बात नहीं, ऐसे कई अपराध और गलत कर्म करा देता है जिसके प्रारब्ध फल को भुगतने के लिए कई कई जन्म कम पड़ जाते हैं।
मन को सृजनात्मक और रचनात्मक कार्यों में व्यस्त रखिये। इससे आपका आत्मिक, साथ में भौतिक विकास भी होगा। मन सही दिशा में लग गया तो जीवन मस्त (आनंदमय) हो जायेगा। नहीं तो अस्त-व्यस्त और अपसेट होने में भी देर ना लगेगी।
